Her body language suggested that she as angry. Modi had reportedly called Priyanka like her daughter in an interview to Doordarshan. The statement was reportedly deleted during the telecast.
The question was by media persons while she was campaigning in Amethi. Priyanka initially did not answer the question but after few moments came out of his car and with a stern face replied to the query and left without answering other question.
Reacting sharply to BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s statement in an interview that Priyanka is like his daughter, Priyanka Gandhi said “She is daughter of Rajiv Gandhi.”
When asked about the incident, Uttar Pradesh Principal Secretary, Home, Anil Kumar Gupta said, “It was a matter of concern and SPG headquarters would be informed about the incident”. “We are apprising them (SPG officials) of the incident”, he said.
