Nepalese superstar Rajesh Hamal is about to turn 50 although many might think he is a bit

older than that. The good news is, he is going to celebrate his 50th birthday in Australia.

In a special program organised by Nepalese Touch Australia in Sydney, Hamal will blow his birthday candles along with the performances of Rajesh Payal Rai and Anju Panta.

The program will be held at Marana Auditorium, Hurstville on 8th of June.

Hamal has received dozens of awards for his contribution on Nepalese film industry including the national award: NEFTA Film Award Life Time Achievement in 2008. He was also honoured by Non Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) in 2008 and by Nepal Television on 2009.
